    Description
    Our client is a successful real estate development company located in Markham and they have an excellent opportunity for a Financial Analyst who will provide a broad range of analytical, research, presentation support, strategic solutions and insights to the realty team and partners

    Responsibilities:


    Prepare real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by performing financial modeling, including risk analysis, cash flow analysis, and IRR and ROI.Assist in the financing, acquisition, and due diligence for properties.

    Develop and maintain financial models for development projects.
    Conduct and maintain a database of market research.
    Prepare comprehensive presentation and communication materials for prospective clients (e.g. investment offering summaries, confidential information memorandums, pitches, etc).

    Assist in Real Estate Fund management and analystQualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or related field.

    Master Degree from reputable universities is an asset3-5 years of experience in real estate financial analysis or a similar role, in a related fieldMust have experience creating pro formasPassion for and knowledge of Real EstateStrong analytical skills and problem-solving abilitiesHighly proficient with analytical tools.

    Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
    Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently and deliver results to the highest accuracy.
