    Job Title: Client Executive

    Status: Full-Time Permanent

    Department: Procurement Sales

    Reports to: EVP, Sales

    Location: Ontario – Toronto

    Summary:

    Soroc is hiring for the position of Client Executive reporting to the VP of Sales. As a Client Executive, you will manage an interdependent account team of Account managers, Inside Sales, Specialty Sales, Technical Pre-Sales and draw in executive leaders as required. You will participate with the account team in developing and executing account strategy and focus on ensuring that client requirements are met, and expectations exceeded. Client executives ensure that the deliverables adhere to the clients' specifications and business requirements you will work closely with the clients to build relationships, strategies and achieve the client's goals.

    Key Accountabilities:

    · Independently manage Top 5 Bank and/or Top 3 Telco responsible for $10+M book of business

    · Be proactive in identifying any new services opportunities with clients and partners and ensure

    these opportunities are presented to the appropriate Soroc lines of business and that the

    appropriate Soroc people are involved.

    · Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing.

    · Ensure that all Soroc business strategies are coordinated on opportunities and that proper

    delivery to client or partner is maintained.

    · Provide sales support to new and existing clients and the Executive Vice President; manage

    enquiries and resolve problems.

    · Visit clients individually or with appropriate Soroc sales representatives to maintain relationships

    and negotiate and close deals.

    · Work with and monitor account team with ensuring proper and timely delivery and customer

    satisfaction from the various lines of business within Soroc.

    · Develop and maintain vendor relationships relating to procurement and services opportunities.

    · Maintain and strengthen the relationship with the client base through regular daily interaction

    and assistance. Manage client escalations.

    · Provide regular daily support as well as 24x7 on-call support for clients.

    · Coordinate with the Executive Vice President, regular sales team reviews and updates and

    strategic planning.

    · Works with the sales team and marketing to create necessary customers presentations around

    new and emerging services & solutions that Soroc Technology Inc. offers.

    · Participate and contribute to team sales meetings. Provide regular Executive updates.

    · Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.

    · Provide reporting and root cause analysis and update any required changes to reporting as

    required.

    · Provide SLA reporting and Governance reporting for each client- monthly and quarterly.

    · Create onboarding documentation for new clients and internal support and service the

    onboarding representative for net new business.

    · Create a partnership with vendors and Manufacturers.

    · Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to

    clients.

    · Work in a hybrid environment with 3 times/week to work from our downtown Toronto office.

    Qualifications & Competencies:

    · Post Secondary Diploma in any discipline.

    · Minimum 7 years of experience in IT or Technology sales.

    · Coherent communication skills, ability to confidently articulate oneself.

    · A proven sales hunter and closer.

    · Proficient in Excel (formulas), Power Point, Word.

    · Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast paced, rapid change environment.

    · Experience selling at the "C" level.

    · Willing to learn new technologies for driving the project.

    · Great presentation skills.

    · Industry and OEM certifications are an asset.

    · Must be able to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment.
