    As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your role will involve recruiting top-tier talent to support our expanding organization.

    What you'll be responsible for:

    • Developing and executing sourcing strategies for filling specialized hourly/technical positions like mechanics, machinists, and welders
    • Providing comprehensive recruitment and selection assistance to management to ensure optimal hiring outcomes aligned with business objectives
    • Guiding candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Conducting detailed technical prescreening processes
    • Utilizing professional networks, social media, and various tools to actively seek out potential candidates
    • Offering a personalized and efficient experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
    • Negotiating offers to secure candidates, drawing on your expertise in attracting top talent

    Requirements for the role include:

    • High School Diploma or its equivalent
    • Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience

    Desired qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Prior experience in corporate recruitment within the aviation or aerospace sector
    • Familiarity with using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate sourcing, tracking, and management; experience with ORC / Fusion is a bonus
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
    • Previous recruitment experience across all job levels (operations/technical, professional, and leadership positions)
    • Strong collaborative skills working with HR professionals and Hiring Managers
    • Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving abilities
    • Capability to handle multiple recruitment requisitions and prioritize effectively
    • Providing meaningful feedback and coaching to Hiring Managers
    • Detail-oriented, process-driven, excellent time management, and organizational skills
    • Independence in work and ability to operate with minimal supervision
