Time Positions:
Some positions may be part-time, require shift-work, or have variable work hours.
UNB wishes to establish an inventory of qualified candidates to help fill various temporary positions. These positions can be full-time or part-time and can be up to 6 months in length.
Please indicate if you are interested in full-time or part-time opportunities. When a temporary vacancy needs to be filled, all qualified candidates will be forwarded to the department for review.
General administrative duties, such as correspondence and greeting visitors.
May assist with basic financial documents including travel expense claims, spreadsheets, etc.
Other related administrative duties.
Experience with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work as part of a team, but also manage time and projects independently.
