    Customer Service Representative - Amico Beds
    Markham, ON

    Are you looking for a challenging job opportunity, in a very stable industry, working with a great team of people? Amico Beds is a manufacturer for Hospital beds and stretchers.

    Join our team Amico Beds is currently seeking to fill a Customer Service position.

    Primary Responsibilities:
  • Pre and post-sale customer interaction
  • Quoting
  • Order processing
  • Invoicing & Arrange Shipment
  • Administrative duties

    • Job Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with a variety of individuals and functions throughout the company
  • Computer Proficiency with MS Office Applications
  • Knowledge on SAGE Business Vision software is an advantage
  • Ability to read simple CAD drawings
  • Must be logical, organized and have a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to manage relationships with customers, distributors and co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Highschool Diploma
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience
