    Infosys is looking for a Senior Lead Business Partner – HR for its Human Resources team. execute unit specific performance management initiatives; Responsible to improve candidate engagement and ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to improved performance within the guidelines and policies of the organization
    Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. At least 8 years of work experience including HR domain for Bachelors and minimum of 5 years of experience with post graduate degree
    Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area.     Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. HR domain knowledge of specific areas such as HR compliance, Policy making, Compensation and Benefits, Organization Development.
    Coaching and Mentoring skills for team building, client facing skills and public communication skills .
    Assist in manage and review the following – HR operations, Performance management framework
    Manage and support the following aspects – Employee Assimilation, Hiring and Deployment, Performance Management.
    Execute unit specific performance management framework
    Manage all aspects of reporting, analytics and metrics as required.
    French language fluency ( need to review/translate various HR policies/ Handbook) and Communication skills - written ( design, content development)
    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
