    Description

    Senior Electrical Engineer - Associate

    Engineering firm (buildings)

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in buildings, aiming to progress within their career and join the leadership team at this esteemed and well-established consulting engineering company.

    The ideal candidate should have experience in handling electrical systems for a range of project types including commercial, institutional, healthcare, and multi-family projects, and should be adept at fulfilling a comprehensive role encompassing client relations, business growth, project administration, and leadership.

    Under the guidance of the principal, the chosen individual will oversee all aspects of designated project tasks within a seasoned team.

    You will spearhead the planning and implementation of electrical systems design and coordination using digital tools to enhance efficiency and enhance results.

    • Guide and mentor junior team members technically.
    • Contribute to project activities across all stages.
    • Develop and deliver technical presentations.
    • Supervise project advancement/project management.

    The ideal candidate should hold a Master's Degree in Engineering or a relevant field; Demonstrated experience in designing, producing, and managing electrical systems for projects in commercial, institutional, multi-family, healthcare, or retail domains (solely industrial project expertise will not be deemed suitable).

    Proficiency in technical platforms like Revit is crucial.

    Thorough project management approach coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset in fostering a team and driving projects to successful conclusions.

    Passion for top-notch engineering alongside a robust leadership style.
