    About the Role:

    • Join the Corporate Actions team and manage processing actions and dividends on client accounts.
    • Collaborate with Operations Associates to ensure data accuracy.
    • Take charge of critical tasks, escalating when necessary to minimize risks.
    • Analyze and adapt processes for new product launches.
    • Serve as a tax expert on corporate actions and dividends.
    • Resolve reconciliation differences and identify inefficiencies for improvement.
    • Develop strategies to enhance back-office efficiency.

    We're seeking someone who:

    • Has over 5 years of experience in back-office corporate action processing at a broker-dealer (preference for IIROC-regulated dealer).
    • Possesses strong Excel skills and familiarity with CDS and DTCC.
    • Completed industry courses (CSC, DFOL) and has programming knowledge, especially SQL.
    • Is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in working with data.
    • Has a positive attitude, strong people skills, and is tech-savvy.
