    The Product Director position requires product expertise to lead the product team to define and deliver cutting-edge digital products in a fast-paced agency environment.

    Defining and leading innovative and creative product solutions to meet client goals;

    • Working collaboratively with the Experience Design, Delivery, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery;
    • Refining our Agile methodology and processes based on results and client feedback;
    • Collaborating closely with other agencies working with the client to ensure the ongoing success of the entire program;
    • Leading a team of Product Managers and Owners, helping them to develop and grow as product leaders.
    • Working on new business opportunities, both small project proposals and largerscale RFPs.
    Experience in managing a team of Product Managers/Owners.

    • Demonstrable success in leading the definition, creation, and launch of digital products.
    • An excellent technical knowledge, particularly at a platform and integration level.
    • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate the meaning to nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Expertise in using data and user research to build evidence for decisions.
    • Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets.
    • Spanish speaking would be an advantage when working with the Colombian team.
