    As a Product Design Manager, you'll be responsible for the workload management, wellbeing, and professional growth of the designers on your team.

    You'll help foster an open and collaborative environment and support systems to help your team succeed.

    You'll collaborate closely with other managers to coordinate cross-product group collaborations and to help grow the design practice at CrowdStrike.

    As a Product Design Manager, you will be a part of a global Product Design team collaborating closely with product managers, and the engineering team to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.

    CrowdStrike believes the product designer is an equal partner with product management and engineering leads. This means designers own the user experience solution for any project. Having strong team leaders to guide and support the design teams through the process is key to success. Design at CrowdStrike drives innovation, inspiration, and the future of the product.

    Partner with peers in design, engineering, and product management to prioritize, track, triage, and organize roadmap priorities for the team.

    Represent design in the broader organization including marketing, sales, support, documentation, and every other part of CrowdStrike.
    Drive design reviews for your team and give/receive frequent feedback.
    Communicate and socialize design objectives and principles to the broader team.
    Hands on B2B SaaS product design expertise.
    Flexible context-switcher tracking and managing people and resourcing for multiple projects.
    We are 100% remote with designers all over the North America and Europe)

    Experience in end-to-end user experience processes and workflows, including user journeys, goal analysis, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping user interfaces.

    Experience with data visualization and platform design work.
