    Aperçu

    Relevant du directeur associé de la gestion des actifs des opérations, le gestionnaire des actifs des opérations est chargé de contribuer au développement, à la mise en œuvre, à la surveillance et à la maintenance des mesures de performance clés et des modèles analytiques pour Centurion Property Associates Inc.

    Responsabilités

    Opérations en cours

    Réaliser des études de marché locales pour un portefeuille national d'immeubles résidentiels multifamiliaux et de communautés de logements étudiants. Gérez les actifs de sociétés de gestion immobilière tierces, surveillez et identifiez les domaines d'inefficacité opérationnelle des propriétés, les indicateurs de performance clés, les tendances commerciales et les écarts anormaux. Présenter des recommandations au directeur associé, Gestion des actifs opérationnels, en fonction des résultats de l'étude de marché, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les tarifs spéciaux quotidiens et les loyers trimestriels du marché, les primes des suites et les frais de stationnement des résidents, les frais d'entreposage et d'autres caractéristiques spécifiques au bâtiment offertes. Suggérer des opportunités d'amélioration des revenus et de création de valeur supplémentaire dans l'ensemble des portefeuilles. Aider à la préparation des budgets annuels de fonctionnement et de dépenses en capital. Superviser la performance des actifs de tiers au Canada et aux États-Unis conformément aux budgets de fonctionnement et de dépenses en capital approuvés.

    Exigences

    Baccalauréat en commerce, finance ou comptabilité;

    3 à 5 ans d'expérience analytique, de préférence dans le domaine de la gestion d'actifs résidentiels ;

    Compétences exceptionnelles en communication interpersonnelle, orale et écrite avec la capacité de présenter des idées efficacement aux individus et aux groupes ;

    Soucieux du détail, doté d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles et d'une forte capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois ;

    Très motivé et capable de prendre l'initiative nécessaire pour exceller dans un environnement axé sur les délais ;

    Solides compétences en matière de suivi et capacité à résoudre efficacement les problèmes en temps opportun en utilisant des informations pertinentes, un raisonnement solide et du bon sens, et ;

    Excellente maîtrise des produits MS Office : Excel, Word, Power Point ;

    Une expérience professionnelle avec le logiciel de gestion immobilière Yardi est un plus.

    Overview

    Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations Asset Management, the Operations Asset Manager is responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of key performance metrics and analytical models for Centurion Property Associates Inc.

    Responsibilities

    Ongoing Operations

    Conduct local market research for a national portfolio of multi-family residential apartment buildings and student housing communities. Asset manage third-party property management companies, monitor and identify areas of property operational inefficiencies, key performance indicators, business trends and abnormal variances. Bring forth recommendations to the Associate Director, Operations Asset Management based on the outcome of the market research, including but not limited to, daily special rates and quarterly market rents, suite premiums and resident parking costs, storage fees and other building specific features offered. Suggest opportunities for revenue enhancement and additional value creation throughout the portfolios. Assist with the preparation of annual operating and capital expenditure budgets. Oversee the performance of 3rd party assets in Canada and USA according to the approved operating and capital expenditure budgets.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting;
  • 3-5 years' analytical experience, preferably within residential asset management;
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to both individuals and groups;
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to multi-task;
  • Highly motivated and able to take the initiative required to excel in a deadline-oriented environment;
  • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to effectively resolve problems in a timely manner using relevant information, sound reasoning and common sense, and;
  • Excellent command of MS Office products: Excel, Word, Power Point;
  • Working experience with Yardi property management software is a plus.
