    The Role

    As a Project Coordinator, you will support a team of passionate people across multiple markets to deliver high quality and consistent projects for our automotive clients. You will be responsible for administrative tasks supporting project managers and other team members to ensure the project(s) runs smoothly. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills as you collaborate in-person and remotely with team members and suppliers to deliver results on time.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Support projects ranging from $5k - $1M
  • Develop estimates, budgets, work-back-schedules, and deliverables for clients
  • Manage multiple tasks and solve problems
  • Ensure all aspects of a project are organized and aligned with delivery requirements
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
  • Implement change as needed to keep the project(s) on course
  • Write creative briefs, source supplier quotes and manage execution of the work
  • Source new suppliers as needed
  • Support ideation of project concepts, which are aligned with clients' business objectives
  • Support the creation of pitch decks and project debriefs using PowerPoint
  • Tracking project KPIs and analytics
  • Support onsite at events including setup, event execution, on going reporting, staff training and management

    • Your Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree, Diploma or Certification in related field (CAPM – Certified Associate in Project Management is an asset)
  • 3+ years relevant experience supporting national programs
  • Proven success in a corporate setting working with all levels of management
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Excellent project coordination references
  • Knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn/improve
  • Clean Driver's Abstract and own a personal vehicle
  • You can travel Canada-wide for an average of 10% per year
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends for project delivery
  • This is a hybrid position in Mississauga, Ontario (Thursdays are in office day for all team members)

    • Measures Of Success In Your First 12 Months:

  • National Project Coordination: Successfully support a national marketing program, resulting in successful metrics for the client. Metrics include on-time delivery, CSI, profitability, and renewal. Provide recommendations and feedback to improve the program.
  • Improve Project Templates: Review and edit current project templates to implement best practices, including purchase orders, communications, processes, etc
