    We're on the lookout for exceptional talent to join us in our mission for growth and success. Currently, we have an opening for a Customer Support Technical Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish) with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and creating customer loyalty.

    What you'll do:

    This role involves delivering top-notch technical assistance to customers and internal teams through various communication channels, such as phone, chat, and email.

      The responsibilities include:
      - Providing timely and accurate support to customers.
      - Collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution.
      - Developing internal documentation and troubleshooting GO devices.
      - Ensuring customer satisfaction by offering exceptional support.

    How you'll make an impact:

    - Providing technical assistance to partners, customers, and internal teams.

    - Resolving customer-reported issues promptly while maintaining high service levels.

    - Curating Knowledge Base articles for ongoing learning and issue resolution.

    - Assisting clients 24/7 to ensure their needs are met.

    What you'll bring to this role:
      - Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
      - Experience in customer service and technical issue troubleshooting.
      - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
      - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
      - Proficiency with software programs and knowledge of programming languages.
      - Willingness to adapt to process changes and work flexible hours.
