Department Overview The office of the President of Motorola Solutions Canada Inc. which oversees all the business units in Canada, and the office of the Vice-President of Government Markets which has the responsibility of leading the direct sales and sales support teams across Canada.

    Execute special projects as required by the President. Manage, lead and coordinate LinkedIn social media messaging and content of the President's account aligning with business goals.

    Prepare Executive reports, correspondence and presentations.

    Execute Salesforce and Tableau reports and charts for operations reviews and pipeline reviews as needed by the Sales Management team.

    Monitor, update and maintain the internal division website.

    Manage all scheduling, travel, meeting and event planning.

    Ensure a cordial and welcoming environment for employees and customers contacting the office of the President.

    Coordinate the proper signing of foreign documents for various legal entities

    Coordinate the proper signing of contracts for various legal entities

    Advanced knowledge of formulas in excel/google sheets

    Manage multiple priorities with the ability to prioritize and produce high quality work independently under general direction.

    Proficient computer skills with full competence in MS Office and/or Google Sheets, Docs, Slides and Mail. Proficient in the Salesforce software tool with the ability to write output reports of useful sales data as needed by the President.

    Social media business communication expertise is a definite asset.

    College diploma and/or University degree in a related field.

    French bilingual skills is an important asset

    Assurer un environnement cordial et accueillant pour les employés et les clients contactant le bureau du président.

    Coordonner la signature des contrats pour les différentes entités juridiques

    Connaissance avancée des formules dans les chiffriers Excel/Google Sheets

    Gérer plusieurs priorités avec la capacité d'établir des priorités et de produire un travail de haute qualité de manière indépendante sous une direction générale.

    Compétences informatiques maîtrisées avec une maîtrise totale de MS Office et/ou Google Sheets, Docs, Slides et Mail. Maîtrise de l'outil logiciel Salesforce et capacité de rédiger des rapports de sortie contenant des données de vente utiles selon les besoins du président.

    Une expertise en communication d'entreprise sur les réseaux sociaux est un atout certain.

    Diplôme collégial et/ou diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent à l'emploi.

    La maîtrise du français est un atout important

    #5+ years experience with sales/office operations

    5+ ans d'expérience en tant que professionnel des opérations de bureau/vente
