    Description

    NOVONIX is a leading battery technology company revolutionizing the global lithium-ion battery industry with innovative, sustainable technologies, high-performance materials, and more efficient production methods.

    The company manufactures industry-leading battery cell testing equipment, is growing its high-performance synthetic graphite anode material manufacturing operations, and has developed an all-dry, zero-waste cathode synthesis process.

    Through advanced R&D capabilities, proprietary technology, and strategic partnerships, NOVONIX has gained a prominent position in the electric vehicle and energy storage systems battery industry and is powering a cleaner energy future.

    This person will report directly to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for selling NOVONIX Hardware and Software products to new customers in North and South America.

    In the role of Regional Sales Manager, you will be joining a world-class Sales team that is delivering innovative solutions to tough problems.

    Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
    Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
    Perform account planning at assigned prospects, and new customers that you onboard.

    An experienced salesperson with at least 5 years of full-cycle sales experience; with at least 2 years' experience in technical sales role involving hardware and software solutions.

    Experienced in management of at least one large key account.
    Experienced with high-level knowledge of how to use modern CRM and presentation tools.
    Consultative and engaging, and able to influence senior leaders.
    Experience selling electrical instrumentation, or other equipment used in the battery industry.
    Experience using battery testing equipment.
