    Job Title: Administrative Assistant

    Job Type: Full-time, Permanent and Indeterminate

    Hours: 40 hours per week

    Salary: $29.00 an hr

    Work Location: 971 James Mowtt Trail S,W., Edmonton, AB T6W 1S4

    SIF Asset Management Group Inc. is in the business of marketing and promoting investment properties to local and overseas markets. We work closely with property developers to create comprehensive marketing plans, design all marketing materials, promote the projects through targeted advertising campaigns and provide various marketing services to help developers increase their visibility and attract potential buyers. Due to our business expansion, we are looking for a driven Administrative Assistant to support the CEO in administrative matters.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:


    • Plan, organize and coordinate office procedures in Edmonton office.


    • Answer the phones and relay all messages in an accurate, quick, and pleasant manner.


    • Manage and respond to all incoming email and regular mail on a daily basis.


    • Coordinate with and provide marketing information to local and overseas agents to promote Alberta pre-sell condominiums and other housing development in Calgary and Edmonton


    • Manage CEO's calendar to schedule meetings and make travel and hotel arrangements


    • Responsible for preparing all marketing promotion materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, property listing, etc.


    • Coordinate with various digital and print media companies to schedule our ads and events


    • Responsible for proper records keeping and client database administration


    • Manage and order office supplies and making sure all office equipment is being maintained in working conditions.


    • Responsible for monitoring office expenses and perform some basic bookkeeping and accounting duties


    • Ensure the office is running smoothly, kept clean, tidy and well organized at all times.


    • Provide other administrative duties as required by the CEO including documentation preparation

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:


    • High School Diploma


    • At least 3 years of administrative and marketing related work experience is required


    • Prior industry knowledge of the real estate development industry is a plus


    • Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Software applications is required


    • Proficiency in various visual design tools, such as Illustrator, InDesign, InVision, Adobe CS, and Typography is an asset


    • Working knowledge of promoting our company services on various social platforms including but not limited to WeChat, TikTok, and RED is required


    • Have a naturally mindset with an eye for details


    • Comfortable with the use of and ability to learn new digital technologies and media tactics


    • Excellent organizational and time management skills


    • Willingness to work some evenings or weekends


    • Willingness to travel
