    This role is on the front line and responds to a variety of tenant inquiries and customer questions in an efficient, friendly, & professional manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Complete tenant maintenance requests promptly; address complaints if necessary.
    • Support the team with administrative tasks and assist as a backup receptionist.
    • Help organize tenant events and functions
    • Assist in the creation of Purchase Orders and processing operating invoices
    • Keep track of vendor and tenant Certificate of Insurance (COI)
    • Maintain vendor records in Yardi
    Qualifications
    • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
    • Knowledge and experience in invoice processing and PO creation
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, TEAMS)
    • Knowledge of Yardi is a plus
    • Keen to work in a fast-paced commercial real estate setting
    • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential matters with discretion
    • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven analytical and judgment skills
    • Adaptable and enthusiastic about excelling in a dynamic work environment with deadlines, supporting a team with a professional and service-focused approach
