    Job Description:
    As a key member of the Quality Team, the Sr.

    Quality Coordinator is responsible for providing valuable quality support by ensuring the effective and efficient implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the integrated management system.

    Primary focus of this role is the maintenance of the IATF and ISO 14001 systems, as well as customer requirements and other audit requirements.


    Duties & Responsibilities:
    Coordinate the internal audit program including management of the layered audit process
    Perform internal audits and other audit requirements as necessary
    Coordinate training for audit team members
    Implement, promote and maintain the Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
    Implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 management systems (and future management systems)
    Implementation and maintenance of CQI-15 (and other future CQI requirements)
    Responsible for AIAG document procurement and control
    Coordination and monitoring of CAPA process as it relates to audit non conformances
    Support cross functional problem solving and continuous improvement teams and activities
    Support APQP and PPAP activities on an as needed basis
    Support company Health & Safety policies
    Maintain the 5S expecations of the workplace
    Other duties as required


    Qualifications:
    Technical degree in the field of Quality or Engineering and/or demonstrated work experience/internal training/testing.
    A minimum of 3 Years experience of Quality in an automotive manufacturing environment
    High understanding of, and internal auditing experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certification systems
    High understanding of CQI audits
    Proficient with Microsoft Office
