    Position:
    Senior EstimatorLocation: Head Office
    • Toronto, OntarioSalary: $120,000 $140,000Overview:An established company specializing in Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) projects seeks a skilled Senior Estimator to join its Toronto based team.
    Become part of a team known for excellence in project estimation and a strong commitment to project success.
    • Responsibilities:
    • Estimate project costs and prepare detailed project proposals.
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
    • Analyze project plans and specifications to identify project requirements and potential risks.
    • Proven experience in estimating ICI projects, from conception to completion.
    • Strong communication skills to effectively convey project requirements and proposals.
    • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in an estimation role within the construction industry, preferably with experience in ICI projects
    • Education:
    Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field.
