    Position:
    Senior EstimatorLocation: Head Office
    • Toronto, OntarioSalary: $120,000 $140,000Overview:An established company specializing in Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) projects seeks a skilled Senior Estimator to join its Toronto based team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Estimate project costs and prepare detailed project proposals.
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
    • Analyze project plans and specifications to identify project requirements and potential risks.
    • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and pricing.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Estimation Expertise: Proven experience in estimating ICI projects, from conception to completion
    • Leadership:
    Ability to lead and coordinate estimation efforts within a team environment

    • Communication:
    Strong communication skills to effectively convey project requirements and proposals

    • Experience:
    Minimum of 10+ years in an estimation role within the construction industry, preferably with experience in ICI projects

    • Education:
    Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field.

    Extra Consideration will be given to those who have experience with:
    Estimation, Senior Estimator, ICI, Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, Institutional Construction, Project Estimation, Cost Analysis, Construction Management.
