    Okini (previously known as Land & Sea) Restaurant & Bar celebrates traditional and modern Japanese flavours and cooking with a West Coast flair.

    Our mission is to foster a sense of appreciation and gratitude through every aspect of our guests' visit, from the warm hospitality to the meticulously crafted dishes and cocktail pairings.

    We are currently looking for Bartender who share the same passion as us to join our dynamic team and be ambassadors of our brand.

    The ideal candidate hospitality experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for creating memorable dining experiences and leads by example.

    • Customer Engagement: Be the face of Okini at the bar Maintaining bar standards: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Monitor and manage inventory to ensure that we never run out of essential ingredients. Work closely with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination.     Okini is open for dinner Tuesday to Sunday from 5PM to 10PM. #
