    Joins-toi à l'équipe St-Laurent et viens contribuer au succès de la plus grande usine de lait Agropur au Québec
    Régime d'assurances collectives flexibles incluant un service de télémédecine;
    # Régime de retraite avec contributions de l'entreprise;
    # Conseiller, influencer, mobiliser, coordonner et guider les équipes dans la réalisation des objectifs SST du site;
    Définir et proposer les stratégies d'implantation du système de gestion SST pour le site, incluant le système AOS, en collaboration avec les équipes et les triades/AOS le cas échéant;
    Coordonner et supporter le développement des compétences SST via les programmes de formation SST du site;
    donne des formations aux employés sur les « Grands Programmes »;
    Diriger les Champions et les équipes du site dans l'élaboration des programmes et des outils SST locaux, incluant les outils AOS et les outils de formation;
    Fournir les orientations et l'assistance technique afin d'assurer la mise en place et le suivi des grands programmes SST locaux;
    Mesurer la performance des équipes et des triades AOS, particulièrement dans l'application des programmes de prévention en SST.
    Diplôme d'études en hygiène industrielle, génie industriel, certificat universitaire en SST ou tous autres domaines pertinents;
    Connaissances des lois et règlements reliés à la santé et sécurité au travail;
    Maîtrise de la suite MS Office;
    Bilinguisme oral et écrit (Anglais et Français) - Communications fréquentes avec des partenaires, clients et/ou employés à l'extérieur du Québec.
