    Description
    Pair-programming with application developers and reliability engineers to improve codebase maintainability and database performance.
    Analysing and diagnosing the key factors that significantly influence the performance of a monolith service.
    Proposing solutions that deliver both short-term benefits and also serve as strategic long-term technical investments.

    Teaching and coaching others outside of your team in order to build a community of practices centred around distributed system reliability and operability.

    Leading by example and fostering an environment of inclusion and growth through pairing, feedback and mentoring.
    Maintaining our high standards for code quality, testing, and iterative & continuous delivery.
    Participating in our on-call rotation (compensated).
    js and TypeScript/JavaScript, and the desire to work across other languages as needed such as Go
    ~ Experience with relational databases such as Postgres
    ~ Have deep knowledge and experience with large scale database in production environment
