Our on-premise products are well established with strong customer loyalty while our cloud product customer base is growing every year.

    JOB OVERVIEW:

    As a Recruitment and HR Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing full life cycle recruitment for various positions as we scale up the commercial software side of our business, as well as maintain our staffing levels on the academic software side.

    In addition, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to projects in the HR space during slower recruitment times. Your primary responsibility will be recruitment, but we have lots of opportunities to dig into the HR projects, across various areas.

    This is a hybrid role, with two days in office, to facilitate brainstorming and team building. Our office is located across from Guildford Mall, in Surrey, BC.

    This is a 3-month contract role with the possibility to extend based on the needs of the business.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Full life cycle recruitment responsibilities including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer presentation
    • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, build candidate pipelines and hone our hiring process
    • Manage candidate and hiring manager experience by building relationships and providing timely updates
    • Book and coordinate interviews
    • Maintain accurate applicant records via our Applicant Tracking System
    • Perform pre-employment testing, including a behavioral and cognitive test (we'll train you on this) & process background checks
    • Participate in HR projects as identified
    Qualifications & Requirements
    • 3+ years' experience with full-cycle recruitment, including experience hiring for professional or technical roles
    • Human Resources diploma or 1+ years' experience working in an HR generalist capacity
    • Experience sourcing & leveraging LinkedIn or other tools
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
    • Continuous improvement mindset and an interest in helping streamline and document processes
    • A strong sense of ownership and accountability
    • Ability to work effectively from home

    COMPENSATION:
    Posted range for this position is between 32.69/hr /hr CAD. (Equivalent to $68,000 - $80,000 annually,
