    Description
    Are you a professional salesperson who gets excited about working on new initiatives to grow the business on targeted accounts? Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about the business of sales?     Priority is given to saturate the assigned Panelbuilder/EOEM accounts with the entire Schneider Electric scope (power systems, power products, automation, and potentially services), and develop medium and long-term strategies to strengthen the alliance between the two companies while securing orders and providing excellent customer experience.

    Develop strategic customer action plans within the region to grow each of the target Panelbuilder/EOEM accounts.
    Support customers development and growth (e.g. customer conversion, new system implementation, customer solutions). Grow orders to saturate key accounts and expand the footprint of Schneider Electric inside them.
    Manage Customer relationships and business ecosystem (preferred distributors, End Users that they work with, contractors, etc.)

    Act as a liaison to Product and Segment Marketing, by introducing and training the Panelbuilder/EOEM customers on existing or new products/solutions.

    Manage customer responsiveness and overall customer satisfaction to guarantee an excellent overall customer experience.
    Lead complex sales proposal support and project order information input.
    University/College/Technical School graduate with Electrical Engineering Degree or C.5+ years of combined sales and technical experience
    ~ Experience working with panelbuilders and EOEMs in the region (asset)
    ~ Business acumen with ability to effectively manage and operate at all levels of the organization, Partner organizations, and customer organizations
    ~ Have good organizational skills and is comfortable using a CRM system
    ~ Demonstrated ability to create and execute account plans
    ~ Able to be flexible and adapt to various industries and environments
