    What We Need


    Lawyer – Debt Financing, Structured Credit, and SecuritizationMinimum of 8 years of experience practicing law with a focus on debt financing, structured credit, and securitization, in a law firm or financial institution.

    Strong understanding of financial markets, including knowledge of structured finance products and securitization techniques.
    Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating financing documents, including loan agreements, security agreements, and intercreditor agreements.

    Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of debt financing transactions, including syndicated loans, leveraged finance, project finance, and asset-based lending.

    Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions tailored to clients' needs.
