    Description

    We're looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant with 3+ years of experience working in Litigation who is looking to take the next step in their career. As an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work with one of our Litigation Partners and an Associate.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Legal Document Production & Management; drafting pleadings, affidavits of service, motion records and factums through Automated Civil Litigation (ACL)
  • Liaising with court contacts and filing documents through the Justice Services Online (JSO) portal
  • Coordinate the commissioning of Affidavits
  • Email and Calendar Management; maintain a bring forward system and proactively prepare materials
  • Organizing travel for conferences and affiliated expenses
  • Client File Management & Practice Activities
  • Accounts/Billing & A/R Financial Management
  • Marketing & Business Development Support
  • General Administrative Support
