    Le rôle de Directeur(rice) de l'entretien ménager est de gérer les opérations de l'entretien ménager afin de garantir le respect des normes de qualité des produits et fournir un service optimal aux clients de l'hôtel, conformément aux objectifs et standards de l'hôtel.

    Gérer les activités quotidiennes du service d'entretien ménager, planifier, programmer et organiser le travail afin d'assurer une couverture adéquate.
    - Communiquer et appliquer les politiques et les procédures.
    - Recommander et/ou initier des mesures disciplinaires ou d'autres mesures liées au personnel conformément aux règles et politiques de l'entreprise.
    - Contrôler les dépenses du département de l'entretien ménager.
    - Passer les commandes, gestion de la relation fournisseur
    - Participer à la préparation du budget annuel du service et des plans financiers qui soutiennent les objectifs généraux de l'hôtel.
    - Responsable de la gestion et de la sécurité des objets perdus et trouvés
    - Les capacités de résolution de problèmes, de raisonnement, de motivation, d'organisation et de formation sont souvent utilisées.
    - Le candidat peut être amené à travailler la nuit, le week-end et/ou les jours fériés.
