    Oversee budget planning, cost management, and financial performance, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and operational targets are met.
    Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and community leaders to enhance service delivery.
    A degree, diploma, or certification in a relevant technical, professional, or business field.
    ~5 – 7 years of leadership experience in the utilities sector with work planning, execution, and customer related experience.
    ~ Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex operations.
    ~ Strong strategic planning, financially savvy, and business consulting skills.
    ~ Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on customer relations and partner engagement.
