    California Closets is seeking an Operations Support person to join our diverse and energetic Montreal team.

    Duties and Responsibilities of our Operations Support Specialist:
    Analysis and Forecasting of Bill of Materials/ usage
    Tracking usage of stock items and up-keeping inventory
    Quality inspection of all special orders received – reorder when necessary
    Counting inventory – monthly (stock) and quarterly (special orders)
    Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
    Lead special projects
    Project management
    The main responsibility of the Operations Support Specialist is to lead and support our supply chain.

    That is, you will analyze excel spreadsheets for materials needed, place orders with our suppliers, receive and unpack orders while checking for quality, follow up if anything needs to be re-ordered.

    you will make sure all goods needed in our wood shop will be here on time and in the quality that our customers expect.

    Our Operations Support Specialist will touch many aspects and many people in our business.
    Requirements of our Operations Support specialist:
    Strong project management and time management skills.
    Available full-time Monday-Friday or part time Tuesday - Friday.
    Able to communicate verbally in both official languages.
    A long-term career in a growing business and industry
