    Nurun is looking for a Bilingual Resource Coordinator. The candidate is known for being curious and passionate about process and operations. Ideally, they will have agency experience and an interest in digital. Their role within Nurun is to coordinate the resource allocations of our expertise such as User Experience, Development, Strategy, Analytics, PM, etc to facilitate project delivery and balanced capacity of our resource workload.

    What we'd like from you?

  • Support Resource Manager to maximize capacity, identify gaps of all resources to assist in efficient project delivery.
  • Be comfortable with the process of planning, scheduling and allocating resources to complete a project.
  • Help identify the right resource at the right time so the project plan is completed in time.
  • Understand the key phases and approach of a project lifecycle in order to facilitate proper resources required.
  • Identify conflicts and collaborate with the Project Managers to resolve these issues and review spontaneous requests for resources needs on mandates.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leads to resolve staffing capacity and scheduling concerns related to competing projects.
  • Provide up-to-date information, analysis, and recommendations to management about resource availability, actual and projected utilization, and overall demand/headcount.
  • Liaise with resources directly to confirm availability and capability.
  • Support recruitment and coordination of freelancer support.
  • Lead and participate in the organization of meetings.
  • Qualifications

    Skills and Experience

  • Proven administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite & MS Office tools such as Sheets/Excel, Doc/Word, Slides/PowerPoint and Outlook/MS Teams.
  • Energetic with a cooperative and collaborative working style.
  • Insightful and diplomatic with strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Nice-to-have Experience

  • Experience working with technical project teams in an agency environment, including User Experience, Copywriting, Development, and Quality Assurance
  • Familiarity with resource management and scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Resource Management tools
