    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Develops, manages and reports on project and sustainment plans, recommending policies/procedures
    • Oversees recruitment, labour relations, performance appraisal, and supervision of staff
    • Supervises, motivates, and trains team members for effective teamwork and high standards
    • Manages day-to-day operations and reviews work assignments
    • Administers budget, leads project design and development, and ensures quality standards

    Key Qualifications:

    • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field
    • Extensive experience in Apache Camel for integration solutions
    • Strong background in microservices architecture and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with performance tuning and industry-specific requirements
    • Knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies and messaging systems like ActiveMQ
    • Familiarity with JSON, XML, CSV data formats and distributed systems principles
