    They build in multiple sectors including hospitality, multi-family, office buildings, commercial, and light industrial and over 75% of their work comes from repeat clients ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the construction projectEnsure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulationsSchedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being madeKeep the project within budgetEnsure all material is on site and not damaged and secured while in storage.

    Report on progressIdentify and mitigate any potential issues that may ariseQualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred7 to 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Project ManagerDeep understanding of construction management methods and processes for both ground up and fitout/interior renovation projectsAdvanced knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codesStrong leadership and crisis resolution skillsFamiliar with Microsoft Excel and software (ProCore is ideal)
