    Description
    They build in multiple sectors including hospitality, multi-family, office buildings, commercial, and light industrial and over 75% of their work comes from repeat clients Manage all aspects of the construction project
    Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations
    Keep the project within budget
    Ensure all material is on site and not damaged and secured while in storage.
    Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
    ~7 to 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager
    ~ Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes for both ground up and fitout/interior renovation projects
    ~ Advanced knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codes
    ~ Familiar with Microsoft Excel and software (ProCore is ideal)
