    In our Talent Acquisition organization your impact will be deep. The Recruiter 2 will support the hyper growth of our TurboTax Live Canada Expert Network.

    Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Service Delivery leaders, the recruiter will design an effective strategy to source, attract, manage, and hire a large and diverse Tax Expert community.

    Create the vision, set the strategy and lead how we attract and build relationships with candidates who are experts in their domain and are eager to help others.

    In this role, you will use your expertise in high volume recruiting to continue to grow our external network of tax professionals whilst in tandem, creating clearly defined internal mobility pathways to support and champion Intuit's growth centric mindset.

    Develop and execute on end to end campaigns, strategies and projects that supports Intuit's position as the employer of choice for tax professionals in Canada
    Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects
    Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey
    Collaborate and partner across the broader talent acquisition team and serve as a mentor for others

    Proven success in full cycle recruitment with High Volume or Class Based roles
    Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings
    Possess an ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time
    Success in developing inclusive pipelines
