    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Toronto, ON. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at KASE Insurance Inc., you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. You will also be responsible for communication with candidates and conducting effective interviews. In this role you will be reporting directly to the CEO.

    Qualifications

    • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
    • Experience in Recruiting and conducting interviews
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to identify and attract top talent
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
    • Minimum 3 years recruitment experience
