    Le ou la chef régional(e) de programmes est responsable d'établir et de maintenir un partenariat solide avec des parties prenantes à l'interne et à l'externe, à l'échelle régionale. La personne titulaire du poste a développé un sens pour l'optimisation et possède la capacité de collaborer avec des parties prenantes afin d'identifier les occasions d'améliorer l'efficacité des programmes sur le plan clinique. Cette personne fait partie intégrante de l'équipe des programmes de soutien aux patients, formée de dirigeants solides et d'experts en la matière.

    FONCTIONS PRINCIPALES :

    • Collaborer de près avec les associés pour leur fournir des conseils et un encadrement, élaborer des activités opérationnelles quotidiennes en fonction des préférences de chaque clinique et cultiver un milieu axé sur l'amélioration continue.
    • Élaborer et communiquer des plans d'action afin de mettre en œuvre les initiatives de l'organisation de façon efficace.
    • Offrir des solutions là où une réflexion constructive et l'innovation sont requises.
    • Avoir un bon sens des affaires, notamment une compréhension approfondie des normes de qualité relatives à l'amélioration opérationnelle, à la planification stratégique et à la croissance des affaires.
    • Faciliter la résolution de problèmes et de conflits, ainsi que l'intégration et la collaboration au sein de l'équipe interdisciplinaire.
    • Fournir des observations sur les clients aux infirmières gestionnaires de cas, aux intervenants-pivots et aux membres de l'équipe des Opérations.
    • Communiquer des pratiques exemplaires par des présentations à l'interne afin de concevoir des stratégies et solutions proactives pour les programmes de soutien aux patients.\
    • Analyser les données des programmes et préparer des rapports en appui aux réunions internes avec les membres de l'équipe régionale.
    • Animer les réunions internes du pôle régional avec les infirmières gestionnaires de cas, les intervenants-pivots et les spécialistes en remboursement.
    • Travail effectué à 60 % sur le terrain et 40 % au bureau ou en télétravail.
    • Diriger la création de solutions pour les patients, en collaboration avec les clients, l'équipe des programmes de soutien aux patients et les cliniques.
    • Faciliter l'introduction des programmes auprès de nouveaux médecins et des cliniques de sclérose en plaques qui consultent nos programmes.
    • Diriger l'évaluation continue de l'efficacité de COMPASS et de la satisfaction par rapport au système dans toutes les cliniques.
    • Agir à titre de ressource et de point d'escalade pour les professionnels de la santé, les cliniques de sclérose en plaques, les infirmières gestionnaires de cas et les spécialistes en remboursement.
    • Élaborer et communiquer des méthodologies opérationnelles et des pratiques de travail exemplaires afin d'améliorer les processus, le service à la clientèle et les relations avec les parties prenantes clés.
    • Établir et maintenir des relations stratégiques avec les cliniques de sclérose en plaques et les infirmières pour appuyer le développement de liens au sein des programmes et avec les infirmières gestionnaires de cas.

    RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES :

    • Tirer parti de sa compréhension approfondie de l'interrelation entre le cycle de vie des produits et les besoins en constante évolution de l'organisation afin de soutenir les projets internes.
    • Appuyer la formation clinique et la gestion efficace des ressources afin de rationaliser les efforts liés aux programmes et aux cliniques.
    • Assurer une liaison efficace avec les parties prenantes lors des réunions du pôle régional, partager ses connaissances et concilier les priorités et les tactiques.
    • Soutenir un partenariat stratégique continu et la génération de connaissances et de perceptions par l'entremise des relations-clients.
    • Agir à titre d'ambassadeur ou d'ambassadrice hors pair de McKesson lors de toutes les rencontres avec les clients.
    • Participer activement aux réunions de projet et avec les clients en communiquant des pratiques exemplaires et des connaissances permettant de renforcer les relations-clients.
    • Travailler en partenariat avec des parties prenantes dédiées à la clientèle afin d'améliorer l'expérience clinique et la compréhension des programmes de soutien aux patients
    • Appuyer les processus de demande de changement et d'autres initiatives de McKesson, à la demande.
    • Prêter son appui à d'autres projets ou les superviser, à la demande.

    COMPÉTENCES, CONNAISSANCES ET QUALITÉS MINIMUMS REQUISES :

    • Une expérience dans la gestion de cas et dans la gestion de fournisseurs de soins de santé est requise.
    • Une expérience dans le milieu de la neurologie constitue un atout.
    • Une certification MS est préférable.
    • Le bilinguisme est requises

    PRIMARY DUTIES:

    • Liaises closely with associates to provide coaching and guidance, develop day-to-day operations based on clinic site preferences and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
    • Develop and communicate action plans to successfully implement corporate initiatives efficiently.
    • Provide solutions where constructive thinking and innovation are required.
    • Business acumen - advanced understanding of quality standards relative to operational improvement, strategic planning, and business growth.
    • Facilitate problem solving, conflict resolution and integration/collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
    • Provide client insights to Nurse Case Manager (NCM) / Patient Experience Navigator (PEC) and Operations team members.
    • Share best practices through internal presentations to develop proactive Patient Support Program (PSP) strategies and solutions.
    • Analyze program data and develop reports to support internal meetings with regional team members.
    • Lead internal Regional Pod meetings inclusive of NCMs/ PENs & RS.
    • 60% field based; 40% home/office based.
    • Lead the co-creation of solutions for patients with the client, PSP, and the clinics.
    • Facilitate program introduction for new physicians/MS centers who refers to our programs.
    • Lead the ongoing assessment of the satisfaction and effectiveness of COMPASS in all clinics.
    • Act as a resource and Point of Escalation contact for Health Care Provider (HCP) / Multiple Sclerosis (MS) clinic, nurse case managers and reimbursement specialists.
    • Develops and communicates operational methodologies and best working practices to improve customer service, key stakeholder relationships and process improvements.
    • Build and enhance strategic-level relationships with MS clinics and nurses to support the ongoing development of the relationship with the program and NCM.

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Leverages thorough understanding of the interrelation between product lifecycle and the evolving needs of a business to support internal projects.
    • Support clinic level training and resource efficiencies to help streamline program efforts and clinic efforts.
    • Liaises effectively with stakeholders in Regional Pod meetings, sharing insights and align on priorities and tactics.
    • Support continuous strategic partnership and insight generation through client relations.
    • Act as a strong McKesson ambassador within all client facing meetings.
    • Actively participate in client meetings and projects by sharing regional best practices and insights to strengthen client relationships.
    • Partner with dedicated client stakeholders to enhance clinic experience and understanding of the PSP.
    • Support Change Request processes and other McKesson initiatives as required.
    • Supports and/or manages other projects as required.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Previous experience with case management, clinic/ HCP management is required
    • Previous experience working within a Neurology setting is an asset.
    • MS Certification is preferred.
    • Bilingualism is required

    As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

    Our Base Pay Range for this position

    $68,000 - $113,400
