    Description
    Our client, Media-Graph, is a custom visual communications and surface lighting solutions manufacturer, focusing on building a tight partnership with clients to provide top quality solutions. As the HR Generalist at Media Graph, you are responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, training, and employee relations. Additionally, you ensure compliance with employment laws, handle HR administration tasks, develop and update HR policies, and collaborate with management on HR strategies aligned with company objectives.

    Manage payroll processing, HR-related paperwork and maintain employee records.
    Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
    Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision.
    Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including record-keeping, reporting, and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
    Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale building.
    Develop End of Year and Mid-Year review & evaluation of the employee, build carrier path and implement training & education plan.
    Identify training needs, organize training sessions, and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees/managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and legal requirements, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes.

    Fully bilingual (French & English)
    Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources roles, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
    Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    En tant que generaliste RH chez Media Graph, vous etes responsable du recrutement, de l'integration des employes, de l'administration des avantages sociaux, de la gestion des performances, de la formation et des relations avec les employes. En outre, vous veillez au respect de la legislation du travail, vous vous occupez des taches administratives liees aux ressources humaines, vous elaborez et mettez a jour les politiques en matiere de ressources humaines et vous collaborez avec le gestionnaire a l'elaboration de strategies en matiere de ressources humaines conformes aux objectifs de l'entreprise.

    Gerer le traitement des salaires, la paperasserie liee aux ressources humaines et tenir a jour les dossiers des employes.
    Maintenir et ameliorer les programmes d'avantages sociaux, y compris la remuneration, l'assurance maladie, le remboursement des frais et les vacances.
    Gerer le processus de recrutement, y compris la publication des offres d'emploi, la selection des CV, la conduite des entretiens et la prise de decisions en matiere d'embauche.
    Se faire le champion du processus d'integration en veillant a ce qu'il soit de haute qualite et a jour, et apporter aux employes la clarte et la connexion necessaires pour que leur role serve la vision globale de l'entreprise.
    Elaborer un examen et une evaluation de l'employe en fin d'annee et en milieu d'annee, etablir un plan de carriere et mettre en uvre un plan de formation et d'education.
    Identifier les besoins en formation, organiser des sessions de formation et coordonner les opportunites de developpement professionnel pour les employes/gestionnaires afin d'ameliorer leurs competences et leurs connaissances.
    Elaborer et mettre a jour les politiques et procedures en matiere de ressources humaines afin de les aligner sur les objectifs de l'entreprise et les exigences legales, en utilisant les systemes de ressources humaines existants ainsi que les processus ameliores ou recommandes.

    Parfaitement bilingue (francais et anglais)
    Licence en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.
    Minimum de 3 ans d'experience en ressources humaines, avec un accent sur les fonctions de generaliste en ressources humaines.
    Solide connaissance des meilleures pratiques en matiere de ressources humaines, du droit du travail et de la reglementation.
    Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office
