They will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our firm by providing an excellent customer experience for our clients and administrative and clerical support to our lawyers and clerks.
They will have a good working knowledge of front desk operations, clerical work, phone systems, legal accounting software.Preference will be given to applicants with family and/or estate law office experience, experience with Cosmolex and Divorcemate software.
This position is in office from 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, no weekends. On site parking is available. Salary is based on experience in the range of $45,000 to $55,000 per year.Send resumes to
