- Identifying and nurturing relationships with key contacts in key accounts
- Utilizing digital tools for effective customer communication
- Finding, evaluating, and bringing in new customers aligned with our strategy
- Promoting and selling innovative products and our private label to existing customers
- Spotting and addressing product category gaps for current customers sourcing from other suppliers
- Switching out competitor products for our preferred vendor offerings
- Upselling current customers on new or alternative products
- Introducing and integrating new services and digital tools to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth
- Preferably a college or university degree or diploma
- 1-3 years of Sales/Customer Service Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills without scripts
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective selling abilities
- Prior experience with CRM systems
- Proficiency in Outlook and the complete Microsoft suite, including Teams
