    Portfolio Account Manager

    The Portfolio Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the client receives the service agreed to as stipulated in contract. The Portfolio Account Manager will establish and nurture an ongoing productive relationship with the client's representative, ensuring that lines of communication are established and continuously open.

    On a typical day, you will be responsible for:

    • Working as a client and guard liaison
    • Regular communication with on-site security personnel
    • Monitor staff performance
    • Will be responsible for maintain the site schedule – including but not limited to ensuring all site shifts are filed
    • Tracking and coordinating staff training
    • Attend security and safety meetings on site
    • Reports directly to GardaWorld's Operations Manager
    • Upkeep site standing orders
    • Monitor Occupational Health and Safety on site

    You are the ideal candidate for this position because you possess:

    • A diploma from a recognized institution in Security technology or equivalent would be an asset.
    • Minimum 5+ years in a physical security environment including 2+ years as a supervisor
    • Experience managing/supervising at least a team of 25+.
    • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation or equivalent would be an asset.
    • Time Management skills
    • Professional and self motivated.
    • Superior customer service / interpersonal skills
    • Superior communication skills (verbal / written)
    • Able to work in a team environment or independently as required.
    • Excellent MSOffice skills.
    • Strong Interpersonal relationship skills.
    • Ability to prioritize job functions under stressful circumstances.
    • Commitment to continued learning.
