    Your Opportunity

    We are looking for an Administrative Professional to join the National Tax team for a 4-month contract and own the following responsibilities:

  • Provide support to a team of Partners and professional staff in the National Office
  • Support other professional staff and administrative staff with tasks as requested
  • Type and format presentations, correspondence, reports or other documents based on drafts, including correction of grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Plan and organize internal and external appointments, conferences, meetings
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the department's operations such as research, coordination of special events, updating documents, and filing
  • Assist with content updates and maintenance of internal webpages, knowledge base, and cloud‐based software

    • Your experience and education

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative position. Experience in a professional services environment is an asset
  • You have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Outlook
  • You have a high attention to detail and self review of all work and communications
  • You have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • You have a professional attitude at all times, focused on internal and external client service
  • You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
