    We are looking for a creative, impact-driven senior growth marketer to join the team to help us acquire new customers.

    This role can be office-based or fully remote in the US, Canada, or Mexico.

    Your efforts will result in real-world impact—helping to keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, reduce emissions, and most importantly, ensure workers return home safely.

    Acquire customers through digital channels and be directly responsible for helping the company meet its growth goals
    Optimize the entire conversion funnel and continuously experiment with bidding strategies, targeting, messaging, ad creative, and landing pages to drive incremental pipeline
    Be a business owner for your channels: manage budgets and forecasts, measure performance, and optimize for results
    5+ years of paid acquisition channel experience, with at least 3+ years of experience in an analytical role
    ~ Strong communication and project management skills
    ~ Bachelor's degree in business, economics, a quantitative field, or equivalent experience required
    Experience running paid ads and digital management gen campaigns

    Experience with SQL (or a desire to learn) The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below.
