    Description

    DESCRIPTION

    Amazon Canada is seeking a Sr Program Manager, Device Uptime to own strategic and tactical projects and programs within Amazon Logistics.

    Sr Program Manager, Canada Fleet will be responsible for setting up and managing cross-functional workstreams in order to improve device vehicle uptime and optimization for our customer – DSP, Delivery Service Partners.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Build and manage fleet devices uptime strategy for Canada
    • Negotiate repairs pricing with 3P vendors
    • Deploy and manage repairs solutions for all fleet devices across Canada
    • Manage vendors and create sustainable mechanisms to drive program efficiencies
    • Develop KPI and other reporting for fleet devices uptime
    • Work within time constraints and deliver results to meet critical business needs
    • Monitor key quality metrics, define and implement initiatives to drive fleet repairs and process improvements
    • Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations and scaling factors
    • Preferably bilingual but not required
    Travel up to 30% within Canada and/or US

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


    5+ years of program or project management experience

    • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
    • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
    • Strong written and verbal skills

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


    2+ years of driving process improvements experience

    • Preferably bilingual (English & French)
    • Experience managing vendors
    • Experience in fleet and/or telematics
