    Position: Senior ITSM Specialist
    Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
    Duration: Months Contract + Possible Extension

    Job Description:
    Experience and Skill Set Requirements
    Service Management and Coordination Skills %
  • Demonstrated experience in I&IT service management.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining detailed schedules in MS Project, ensuring activities are tracked to completion.
  • Experience with meeting facilitation, meeting minute creation, action item tracking & follow-ups.
  • Experience working independently and with both the business and technology teams.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Experience in ITIL methodology
    • Communication and Relationship Management %
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining project management artefacts such as risk, issue & action logs, briefing notes, status reports, presentations, project communications, and meeting minutes.
  • Professional interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide variety of technical and business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and consultative skills
    • Analytical & Problem-solving skills %
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience gathering data, performing analysis and building reports to support decision-making on project scope, schedule, cost data
  • Experience reviewing and ensuring submitted documentation is complete and accurate.
  • A team player with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with competing priorities and strict deadlines
    • Must haves:
  • Demonstrated experience in I&IT service management.,
  • Experience in ITIL methodology,
  • Experience gathering data, performing analysis and building reports to support decision-making on project scope, schedule, cost data,
  • preferably PSRN project experience
