    Description

    Job Summary The Maintenance and Transformation team seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Application Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the uptime, stability, and security of our mission-critical applications.

    This individual will leverage their technical expertise and problem-solving skills to maintain and enhance our core systems while collaborating effectively within a fast-paced environment.

    Join a dynamic team dedicated to the ongoing maintenance and improvement of our business-critical applications.
    Develop and refine technical and problem-solving skills across a diverse range of technologies.
    Conduct comprehensive code analysis to identify and troubleshoot application issues.
    Provide support for code deployments, including attendance at code and release walkthrough meetings.
    Design and develop automated solutions utilizing scripting languages to address recurring issues.
    Proactively identify potential problems, mitigate risks, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
    Experience in coding languages (C# or Python preferred) for scripting and automation.
    Proven proficiency in UCD, Jenkins, Ansible, MongoDB, and SQL Server.
    Solid understanding of Windows Server administration, IIS, certificate management, and the ELK Stack.
    Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work consistently.
    Experience with C# or Python programming languages beyond basic scripting.
    Prior experience with disaster recovery planning and execution.
