About the Opportunity
Athletic Knit is currently looking to add outgoing and energetic Customer Service Representatives (Team Uniforms and Apparel) to our team based in Toronto, Ontario. We welcome entry-level CSR candidates who have an interest in both ongoing customer service or future sales careers.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales Representatives and the AK dealers in their territory and become an integral link in the sales process, ensuring the timely and accurate order flow and related communication to the company's Operations team.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Candidates should be fluent in spoken and written English, and we also welcome fluent (spoken and written) French/English bilingual candidates . Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is good preparation for this role, as is an interest in sports.
