Steele Valley Chevrolet is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team

As a Service Advisor with Steele Valley Chevrolet , you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance or repairs.

Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, assessing vehicle issues, providing cost estimates, and coordinating service appointments.

If you have strong communication skills, automotive knowledge, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction, this role presents a fantastic opportunity to excel in the automotive service industry.

Hourly Wage Range:
$19.Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customers' descriptions of symptoms and clarifying descriptions of problems
Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required
Maintain automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned
At least three years of customer service experience
Previous experience in an Automotive Service Advisor role is considered an asset
Valid driver's license with acceptable driver's abstract
