Provide level 2 support experience of D365/AX2012 ERP platform for our existing customer base;

Analyze and propose solutions to clients based on best practices;
Troubleshoot and solve finance related issues on any given module;
Create functional design documents, draft/complete scripts/tests to validate that the solution reflects client expectations with transparency. Work in collaboration with internal and external technical departments for code change, coordination of code promotions, environment data copies, upgrades, updates of D365/AX;
Manage case requests to product group/engineering group of Microsoft;
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related discipline;
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a functional consultant, support consultant or as a Super User for the D365/AX ERP software solution;
Understanding of finance and operation business processes;
Proactivity and capacity to complete necessary research to manage cases outside his field of knowledge;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
