    Belcan Inc. is looking for a Technical Documents Administrator to handle office duties and admin related operations.

    As a Technical Documents Administrator, you will be:

    • Managing and providing Admin support for all the technical documents with the AMO - that are critical to day to day operation
    • Cross training with respect to the Technical Records Administrator
    • Ensuring that AMO invoices are prepared and ready to distribute to customers
    • Assisting with Warranty claims to vendors - including our internal process
    • Delegating tasks and ensuring that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
    • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties. / shared duty with Customer Success Representative
    • Handling basic office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, data entry, and reporting.
    • Answering questions and finding information for employees, vendors, clients, and lenders.
    • Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
    • Assisting with special projects, such as process improvements and budget development.
    • Developing and implementing new policies and processes. (Standard Operating Procedures)
    • Maintaining a 'Staff Vacation Calendar' - consolidating information from the responsible Team Leads Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • At least 3 years' experience in the administrative support field.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with office technology and equipment, including fax machines, printers, copiers, scanners, and computers, including software such as - Excel - SmartDraw - Power Point - MS Word and previous experience with an ERP system such as MS Dynamics / NAVISION / Business Central
    • Previous experience in General Aviation considered - desirable Skills and Knowledge:
    • Strong initiative and determined attitude with pride in their work
    • Strong 'Team Work Skills'
    • Ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
    • Navision and or Business Central - knowledge / experience considered and asset
    • Ability to create presentations, use of Power Point as an example - considered an asset
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel - considered an asset
    • Ability to use Adobe - considered an asset
    • Sales Force knowledge considered an asset
    • Creativity and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Solid presentation skills.
    • Ability / skill to perform basic accounting tasks - invoicing
